Shawn and I had a discussion about the site retaining walls. It appears that the survey we were working from is off and the walls will need to be higher than what is shown on the site plan. We may also need to add a third wall - but I'll let Shawn reply to this discussion thread when he confirms the field conditions.

Regarding the possible "third" wall, where would that occur? Would it be covered by one of the previous designs, or is it a different condition altogether?
