I've modified the plans per Alan's Request below (from text message): "Eight-foot Anderson slider in the dining room six-foot Anderson slider in the kitchen extend kitchen peninsula out 2 feet towards the back relocate sink more towards the peninsula island please allow enough room for Ace subzero refrigerator to be on that same side of the wall by the garage door upstairs take out closets put in zero line fireplace and sheet rock just over the flu thanks"

I looked at the new design and the lower floor--we are not removing any walls. and we discussed not putting in a slider in the dining because it is too hard to deal with the wood stuff, we were just going to put a big glass door in the kitchen, but if that isn't an issue a slider would be nice. And upstairs looks good my dad hasn't looked at the plans yet, but my concerns are how do you get into the bedrooms if someone is doing laundry? might be better to put a stacked laundry where the closet inbetween bedroom 2 and the toilet instead. And since we are keeping the fireplace where is the ventilation going if we tear out that closet area. besides that look great.
